Vegetarian Main Courses

Although we do not recommend a vegetarian diet, principally for health reasons, we do recognise that many diabetics are vegetarian. And if eggs and cheeses are eaten, there is no health risk from eating such a diet.

As all recipes are aimed at omnivores, some listed here may have animal fats in their recipe for cooking. Coconut, palm or olive oils and butter can be substituted for any animal fats where appropriate
